The location was sick, just a minute's walk from the buzzing La Avenida where there were so many cool bars and places to hang out. The rooms were big and the beds were super comfy, perfect for crashing after a night out. We also loved that the hotel was close to Valencia, so we could easily take day trips and explore the city.
The only thing we wished for was a more happening nightlife scene at the hotel itself. It would have been epic if there were some parties or events organized for young people like us.

Finally, a common area equipped with a TV. Warm colors and contemporary furniture that could make me forget the hideous vintage decor of the town. Free Wi-Fi, although it was practically unusable, but who needs to browse the internet when surrounded by lovely antique towns and buildings?
The free Wi-Fi was about as useful as trying to have a conversation with the concierge.

I recently stayed at the Avenida hotel in a bustling historic wine-making town. The centally located hotel was just a short drive or train ride away from downtown Valencia. The friendly staff welcomed me late in the night and the room was comfortable with a lovely bathtub. The hotel had a fantastic location, just a five minute walk from the old town, and the facilities were basic but pleasant. Despite the language barrier, the reception staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, even going the extra mile to provide a bottle opener for the local wine.
I can recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in an amazing location just minutes away from the vibrant city center and all the fun tourist attractions. The rooms are spacious and very clean, with amazing comfortable beds that allowed us to get a good night's sleep after exploring the city all day. the hotel offers great value for the price!
The hotel does not have a 24-hour reception desk - something that would have been useful to us as we needed assistance arranging transportation for our early morning departure. The parking situation is also less than ideal, as finding a spot close to the hotel is difficult, and we ended up having to park far away.

We had a great stay at this hotel, located right outside of the historic old town and near many attractions. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, especially the bathrooms. The location in hills just 1 hour drive inland along fast A-3 from down-town Valencia was convenient for us since we had a car. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
Nothings.

Enjoyed the central location of this hotel, just a few steps from the lively town centre and its urban vibe. Appreciated also the room tidiness and the comfortable bedding. In addition, the hotel offered strong Wi-Fi, a crucial convenience for my city trip planning.
The smell in the room was terrible and unbearable, giving me a strong impression that the housekeeping service might be lacklustre. The noise from guests staying in adjacent rooms made sleeping quite tricky. A lack of air conditioning controls in the room made it too warm, and no food offered at the hotel’s establishment could make it difficult to find breakfast in the immediate vicinity. too many cons for me to want to return.

This hotel is nestled in the hills, a quick one-hour drive inland from busy Valencia, and boasts a fantastic location, just off the main avenue, in the heart of the old town. The clean and comfortable rooms are pleasantly basic, with a great-value breakfast, and the staff are welcoming and helpful. I loved the comfortable beds and the facilities, including the small lounge area with the sweets dispenser.
The hotel could improve on providing cautionary advice when there are street closures due to fiestas or parades.

I had a great stay at Avenida. The hotel's reception area is modern and welcoming. With a 24-hour reception, I felt well taken care of. The beds were comfortable and the private bathroom was spacious, clean, and stocked with toiletries. What I loved most was the hotel's central location, surrounded by numerous cafés, bars, and tapas bars, like the popular Morado. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently close to the motorway. Avenida provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience for my short stay.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes. 😊

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel situated in a prime location just a minute's walk from the buzzing old town and La Avenida. The newly refurbished hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The spacious rooms were a pleasant surprise, offering plenty of space for us and our furry friend. Despite some minor issues like limited parking and a small lift, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for a couple of days in Requena. a great value for money option in a central yet quiet location.

The Hotel Avenida in Requena offered a clean, well-equipped room with fast internet. Its excellent location in the center allowed for easy access to the buzzing nightlife on La Avenida. It provided fair value for the price and is recommended for short stays.
Nothing for me.
